Chakra Center CT's goal is to bring reiki (private and group sessions) and reiki training, sound baths, yoga, and meditation to others in support of healing, mindfulness, and the path to wellness.

My journey with reiki started in 2005 (Reiki I/II Training) during my pursuit of a dream job in higher education. Reiki kept me grounded; it provided me with a sense of calm and the ability to focus more sharply on my goal. I practiced on myself, my friends, my family--anyone who wanted and needed reiki. 

In addition to landing the job, I received my yoga teacher training in 2018 (RYT-200), and my Usui/Holy Fire ® III Reiki Master training. Currently, I'm training with the Soul of Yoga Sound Institute for my 100-hour sound healing certificate. Now I pair my 20-plus years of teaching experience in higher education with my reiki practice to provide all levels of reiki training, sound therapy,  gentle yoga & yogic philosophy, and meditation to help others on their journey toward healing, mindfulness, and peace.
